All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already placed.

By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Economy Shipping: Free on orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment

Shipping Regions: We ship worldwide, excluding certain remote areas and specific regions in Asia. Please check availability at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

5.1 Return/Exchange Window

You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange.

5.2 Condition Requirements

Items must be returned in new, unused condition, in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

5.3 Return Process

1. Initiate Request: Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt
2. Receive Instructions: We’ll provide an RMA number and return instructions within 1-2 business days
3. Ship Item: Securely package item with RMA visible on the outside. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
4. Inspection & Resolution: We inspect returns within 5 business days of receipt and process accordingly

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after return approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5.5 Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance and discount items (as noted in Section 3.3)
• Opened or used lures
• Customized or special order items
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

5.6 Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or wrong product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and expedite the replacement or refund process at no cost to you.
