The Basics: Eligibility & Timeframe
- Return/Exchange Window: You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange.
- Condition Requirement: Items must be returned in new, unused condition, in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- Proof of Purchase: Please have your order number or confirmation email ready.
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
We’ve streamlined the process to get you back on the water (or the right gear in your hands) quickly.
Contact our support team within the 15-day window. Simply email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. You can use the template in the “Contact” section below.
We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return shipping instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA number.
Securely package the item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the box. Ship to the address provided in your instructions.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 5 business days of receipt), we will process your request.
- For Returns: Your refund will be initiated (see details below).
- For Exchanges: We will ship the replacement item to you. If the requested item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
Refunds: Timing & Method
Your refund should be the last thing on your mind. Here’s how it works:
- Timing: After we approve your return, please allow:
- Credit Card / PayPal: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. The final processing time depends on your financial institution.
- Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). We do not offer refunds to alternative accounts or methods.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Important: Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
To ensure safety, quality, and the deep discounts we’re known for, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance Fishing Tackle & Gear: All items purchased from our “Clearance” section are sold as-is at a deep discount and are final sale. This includes menu categories like Clearance Fishing Tackle & Gear, Discount Freshwater Tackle, and Discount Saltwater Tackle.
- Opened or Used Lures: For hygiene and safety reasons, any Freshwater Lures or Saltwater Lures where the original packaging has been opened or the product shows signs of use.
- Customized or Special Order Items: Any gear altered from its original factory specification.
- Items Damaged Due to Misuse or Normal Wear & Tear.
Defective or Incorrect Items
