Our returns and exchanges policy is designed to be as straightforward, secure, and hassle-free as our checkout process.

1. The Basics: Eligibility & Timeframe
- Return/Exchange Window: You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange.
- Condition Requirement: Items must be returned in new, unused condition, in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- Proof of Purchase: Please have your order number or confirmation email ready.
2. Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
We’ve streamlined the process to get you back on the water quickly:
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within the 15-day window. Use the email template below (Section 4) or simply email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
Step 2: Receive Instructions & RMA Number
We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific return shipping instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA number.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package the item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the box. Ship to the address provided in your instructions.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Step 4: Inspection & Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 5 business days of receipt), we will process your request.
- For Returns: Your refund will be initiated (see Section 5 for details).
- For Exchanges: We will ship the replacement item to you. If the requested item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
To ensure safety and quality for all our anglers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance Fishing Tackle & Gear: All items purchased from our Clearance section are sold as-is at a deep discount and are final sale.
- Opened or Used Lures: For hygiene and safety reasons, any Freshwater Lures or Saltwater Lures where the original packaging has been opened or the product shows signs of use.
- Customized or Special Order Items: Any gear altered from its original factory specification.
- Items Damaged Due to Misuse or Normal Wear & Tear.
Analysis Note: Based on your website’s focus on discounted tackle and specific menu categories like “Clearance,” we’ve identified clearance items and opened lures as non-returnable for practical and safety reasons.

5. Refunds: Timing & Method
Your refund should be the last thing on your mind. Here’s how it works:
- Timing: After we approve your return, please allow:
- Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method. The processing time depends on your financial institution.
- Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). We do not offer refunds to alternative accounts or methods.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, we apologize. Contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and expedite the replacement or refund process at no cost to you.
